We describe a strategy for stable isotope-aided protein nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis, called stable isotope encoding. Kasai, Takuma Koshiba, Seizo Yokoyama, Jun Kigawa, Takanori, E-mail: [RIKEN Quantitative Biology Center (QBiC), Laboratory for Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics (Japan) Stable isotope labeling strategy based on coding theoryĮnergy Technology Data Exchange (ETDEWEB) Methodical contributions are given to the application of 2 H, 13 C, and 15 N pharmaceuticals showing new aspects and different states of development in the field under discussion. 13 C, 15 N, and 2 H are the stable isotopes mainly utilized in metabolic function tests. Scientific, juridical, and ethical questions are discussed concerning the application of these pharmaceuticals in human medicine. The relatively new field of pharmaceuticals labelled with stable isotopes is reviewed. Pharmaceuticals labelled with stable isotopes Furthermore, potentiality of in vivo-NMR metabolomics will be discussed in the conference. Especially, use of stable isotope labeling methods has enormous advantage for discrimination of incorporated or de novo synthesized compounds. Using these novel methods, I will analyze the dynamic molecular networks inside tissues. This will be achieved by uniform stable isotope labeling of higher plants allowing application of multi-dimensional NMR experiments used in protein structure determination. Therefore, my laboratory is currently focusing to develop novel methodologies for an NMR-based metabolomics. In the era of the metabolome (analysis of all measurable metabolites), a MS-based approach is considered to be the major technology, whereas a NMR-based method is recognized as minor technology due to its low sensitivity. It includes: (1) conditions of sale and delivery, (2) the application of stable isotopes, (3) technical information, (4) product specifications, and (5) the complete delivery programmeĭevelopment of uniformly stable isotope labeling system in higher plants for hetero-nuclear NMR experiments in vitro and in vivoįull text: Novel methods for measurement of living systems are making new breakthroughs in life science.
